Dr. Gilliland is the medical director of Complete Healthcare Services. He graduated St George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies in 1985. His internship and residency were completed at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pa where he served as Chief Resident his third year. Following residency, he attended a fellowship in High-Risk Obstetrics at Tacoma General Hospital, Tacoma, WA. He practiced for a short time with a local physician in Ephrata, WA before moving to Jasper, TX. Dr. Gilliland established Complete Healthcare Services in 1995.
Dr. Gilliland encourages a faith-based approach to the practice of medicine. He is married and he and his wife, Kay, live in Jasper.

Dr. Brown received his Medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, Texas: M.D. 1982 and residency training at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas and Silas B. Hayes Army Hospital, Monterey, California, Family Practice Residency 1986-1988. He is board certified by the American Board Family Physician 1988-Present.

Ms. St. John is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Complete Healthcare Services in October 2015. She is our primary Nursing Home Provider. She received her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner from George Washington University School of Nursing.
